Another two video shoots done!

So, we’ve just had another two opportunities to use the amazing RED ONE camera for another two music videos.

The first one was shot at PrimeTime Studios, Zurich, a pretty cool Greenscreen facility, and featured the Electro Pop band “Copy & Paste” for whom we’ve already shot a pretty successful video just about a year ago. There will be some pretty cool animations by Les Enfants Terribles added to it.

The second one was shot somewhere outside Bern on a deserted construction site with our favorite czech model Eva R. It’s supposed to be for Nine Inch Nails’ Ghosts Film Festival although we’re not quite sure if we’re too late for that. But we didn’t give a shit and did it anyways and surprisingly it turned out FUCKING AMAZING!

They were on “Swiss Music Scene” on SF2 promoting their album “Your Drug Of Choice” for which yours truly designed the artwork. It’s prominently featured in the show as well…

We had a lot of fun shooting that video and we love the result!

“Last Christmas” remake

In the last days we shot a remake of Wham’s “Last Christmas” directed by our friend Daniel Cherbuin. Everything was filmed at the original locations in saas fee where they shot the music video in 1984.

Decoy’s custom made jib in action

Check out the first photo of our very own custom made camera crane/jib, handcrafted by Christoph Pieren (www.metallwerk.ch). This one shows our baby in action with one of those amazing RED ONE cameras (matte box not mounted yet) during the shoot for the Swisscom Mobile Golden Talents tv commercial. Isn’t it lovely?

By the way, the jib’s also up for rent, so if you need a 3 meters jib that mounts up to a RED ONE cam (about 25kg), let us know. We grant special prices for students!

Yesterday we met us to discuss about some decoy projects. Of course the meeting was accompanied by some “Olma Bratwürste” and other delicious stuff!

Last weekend we shoot the music video for Maury’s official Swiss Olympic song 2008. Parts of the Video were shot on the top of the big “Mythen” on 1899 meters over sea level. It was horrible to bring all the technical equipment on the mountain, but in the end it has paid off.
